John Prestegard has been with Community Bank Owatonna since its inception in January, 2003. His position is Assistant Vice President/Operations Manager. John is a lifelong resident of Owatonna, graduating from Owatonna High School. He has over 20 years of banking experience, primarily in the operations area. John has also been involved with the Owatonna Eagles Club and was named “Eagle of the Year” in 2010.
