Is there a cost for Online Bill Pay?

Online Bill Pay is a free service that we offer on our personal checking accounts.
 

How do I transfer funds between accounts?

Online banking customers may transfer between checking and savings accounts in their online banking session.  Customers may also transfer by phone or in person.

 

How do I sign up for Bill Pay?

When you sign up for Online Banking you have the option to add the bill pay feature.  We can always add it to existing online banking customers. Simply stop into the bank and let us know that you would like this service.  

 

Is there a limit on my debit card?

For security purposes there is a daily limit on your debit card. You are allowed $500.00 towards point of sale purchases and $300.00 for ATM withdrawals.

 

 

Can I get a debit card and what are the charges?

All of our consumer and business checking accounts may be accessed by a debit card.  This is a free service.
 

How do I report if my ATM/debit card is lost or has been stolen?

Please call us immediately to report a lost or stolen card.  We can be reached at 507-455-2265 or you can contact debit services at 1-800-535-8440. 
 

If I am traveling and plan on using my debit card, should I notify the bank?

It is not necessary to let us know if you are traveling. Our debit cards are accepted worldwide.
 

How long does it take to get a debit card?

You can expect to receive your debit card 7-10 business days after the card is ordered.
 

How do I place a stop payment on an item?

A stop payment can be placed by coming into the bank and signing a stop payment form.  There is a $25.00 fee for a stop payment.
 

Can I receive my bank statement electronically?

Your statements are viewable within the online banking session.  We also will mail a statement to your address on file.
 

What items do I need to bring in to open a checking or savings account?

For all new accounts we need a valid current identification such as a driver’s license, state ID card or US passport.  In some cases we will also request address verification.  A minimum opening deposit is required for checking and savings accounts.  Please call us for additional information.
 

How can I find out if a check has cleared, what my balance is or the amount of my direct deposit?

Online banking customers will always have access to this information by logging into their accounts.  Other customers may contact us and we can assist with these questions.
 

What if I forgot my Online Banking Access ID or password?

For security purposes we request that you stop into the bank to obtain this information.
