COVID-19 Update: Lobby Closing
Due to the spread of COVID-19, effective Thursday, March 19, our lobby will be closed until further notice. This means no one (customers, noncustomers, or vendors) will be allowed access to our lobby without first calling to schedule an appointment. Those appointments should only be made for non-routine purposes, including opening or making changes to a deposit account, meeting with a loan officer, or accessing your safe deposit box. Basic transactions (check cashing, deposit processing, and loan payments) should be conducted utilizing our drive-up, ATM, night depository, and digital (online & mobile banking) applications. The drive-up can accommodate increased traffic and will be staffed with two Personal Bankers to provide efficient service.
As always, we are prepared to assist impacted customers. Should you encounter financial hardship as a result of COVID-19, please call us at (507) 455-2265.
We continue to strongly recommend you utilize the resources available on our mobile and online banking channels. These tools provide 24/7 access to check your balances, transfer funds, pay bills, or deposit checks. More information can be found at our website, https://www.cbowatonna.com.
The safest place for your money is in an FDIC-insured bank. There is no need to panic by withdrawing large sums of cash. This activity makes you more susceptible to criminal activity. Community Bank Owatonna is classified as a well capitalized bank, which means we have the financial strength to continue operating and serving our customers through all types of economic conditions.
Despite the spread of COVID-19, our focus remains on serving you. We have the people, technology, and products to accomplish this, and we appreciate your understanding and loyalty during these challenging times.
